We have just completed our DNS server migration, any clients using our DNS servers should update as follows (except managed clients):

Should anyone encounter any issues after updating their DNS servers to the above then please contact support.

We're currently investigating a loss of network access to rack 2, we'll get this diagnosed and repaired ASAP and advise accordingly.

Update @ 12:20 GMT on 20/02/12: Issue resolved and was due to a clumsy third party contractor, we have raised this with the DC.

We have created this entry on our status blog for those who did not receive our announcement via email on tonight's network maintenance as our website will be unavailable during the window.

Update @ 23:15 GMT on 31/01/12: Firmware updates have been completed, service has bee restored, window has been closed.

Update @ 23:40 GMT on 31/01/12: We're seeing issues with devices connected to a particular switch and are investigating onsite currently.

Update @ 23:45 GMT on 31/01/12: Service to affected switch uplink has been restored, seems to have been a cabling issue.
