As all direct clients will already be aware, due to the network troubles we have had over the past few months at our Manchester POP, we are migrating all remaining kit to KSP this evening.

A brief recap of the window as per the announcements to clients is as follows:

Start: Thursday 26th Jan 2012 @ 22:00 GMT
Finish: Friday 27th Jan 2012 @ 10:00 GMT (this is a best effort approximation)
Affected: All clients with IPs in range 213.5.180.X - 213.5.183.X
Reason: Relocation of servers from MAN POP to KSP POP

An 'all clear' email will be sent to client tomorrow morning once all works has been completed successfully.

We're aware of a loss of service at our POP in Manchester, we have escalated this to our upstream and are awaiting feed back.

Update @ 12:22 GMT: Service seems to have been restored, roll on the relocation out of this POP this evening!
Update @ 13:15 GMT: We're still noticing some network issues and will update clients once we have full confirmation that this has been resolved

In preparation of our upcoming exit from our Manchester POP late this month, we have had to deploy a replacement DNS server to maintain DNS redundancy.

As such, can all clients currently using 213.5.183.240 update their services to now use 37.26.105.215 instead as failing to do so may result in slow DNS resolution from February onwards.
