We're currently seeing packetloss to KSP, we suspect this is due to a DDoS and are attempting to mitigate currently.Update @ 19:38 on 23/07/13 by Jon
The attack has been mitigated for now, more information will follow shortly.
The attack seems to have shifted, we're re-mitigating currently.
A number of measures have been put in place since last night which should drastically improve (if not resolve) the situation untill additional capacity is brought online shortly.
Further information of these measures as well as detailed report as to what has been happening will be emailed out to affected clients in due course.
After a week of of careful monitoring we're happy that the changes we have implemented so far have had a positive effect and as such, this issue is being marked as resolved.
