We've received notification that another vulnerability has been detected in off-the-shelf software we use for billing/support.
As such, we've taken the decision to temporarily restrict access until the vulnerability has been patched.
Whilst our client portal is offline, clients can communicate with us as follows:
EDIT: Removed direct email addresses as portal access has been restored.
Please note that billing/support will only accept email from your registered email address.
We have rolled out the latest security fix from our billing software vendor and as such, access has been re-instated for clients.
