We've received notification that *yet another* vulnerability has been detected in off-the-shelf software we use for billing/support.
As such, we've taken the decision to temporarily restrict access until the vulnerability has been patched.
Whilst our client portal is offline, clients can communicate with us as follows from their registered email addresses
Our regular boxes which do not require email to come from known sources such as firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com will continue to operate as normal.
Now there is more information as to what is vulnerable in this exploit, we have brought the client portal back into service and secured via alternate means - apologies for any inconvenience caused by the brief unavailability!
