Packetloss at KSP - Resolved

We're currently experiencing some packetloss at our primary POP in KSP.Update @ 10:24 on 31/07/14 by Jon
The facility operator is aware of the issue and engineers are working on a resolution now.
We've received feedback from the facility operator that provides our backhaul connectivity that they have stabilised the issue and are continuing to diagnose the cause.

We are in receipt of an RFO from the facility operator at our KSP POP which highlights the reason for service impact as being a faulty network line card.
The line card in question was taken out of service at 09:53 BST and service has remained stable since.
We shall continue to monitor the situation but believe it to now be resolved.
