Security vulnerability in glibc (CVE-2015-0235)

A vulnerability has been discovered in glibc (CVE-2015-0235) that has a wide and sever impact on many Linux servers, further information can be found here: http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2015/01/27/9

Most major Linux distributions have already announced and or patched the issue:

Important Note: A server reboot is necessary to conclude the patch!
