We have received communication from our backhaul provider that one of our KSP - LON legs has a fault which has thus impacted redundancy on our network.
Our backhaul provider and their partners are investigating the issue as a matter of priority and we are confident in a quick resolution.
Whilst this issue has not yet (and is not expected too) cause impact to our customers, it's best practice for us to announce any issues that place a POP 'at risk' due to reduced/removed redundancy.
Once we have received confirmation that our KSP POP is no longer 'at risk', we will mark this notification as resolved on our Status Blog.
