Switch1 Network Disruption - Resolved

We are aware of and are in the process of diagnosing, an issue that seems to be affecting switch1 in rack1.Update @ 17:45 on 25/05/15 by Jon
Impact will be limited as there isn't a lot of customer facing equipment in this rack but non-the-less, we are investigating as a matter of urgency.
We will update this task as soon as we have further information.
We have an engineer onsite currently and they have diagnosed the issue as a switch fault. As such, our engineer is now in the process of restoring last nights switch backup to a cold spare ready for replacement.Update @ 18:11 on 25/05/15 by Jon
Unfortunately it took a little while longer than expected to restore last nights switch backup but non-the-less, this has now been done and the replacement switch will be installed shortly once cabling has been temporarily labelled and moved.Update @ 18:45 on 25/05/15 by Jon
This issue was resolved at 18:30, clients whom are still suffering a loss of service should open a support ticket as a matter of urgency.
