We have received communication from our network backhaul provider at our primary KSP POP that they intend to carry out the following essential maintenance window:
Start: 00:00 GMT on 21/11/16
Finish: 01:00 GMT on 21/11/16
Affected: Primary POP @ KSP
Impact: Loss of redundancy on London > KSP backhaul and momentary packetloss due to 1/2 terminating devices being rebooted for a firmware update
No action is necessary by clients as we do not expect any disruption to service beyond momentary packetloss whilst traffic re-converges, this is merely an 'at risk' notification due to the lack of backhaul resilience.
