We have received urgent communication from our DR transit provider relating to an essential maintenance window requested by a hardware vendor, details are as follows:
Start: 00:01 GMT on 13/12/16
Finish: 01:00 GMT on 21/11/16
Affected: Clients with services hosted out of 18.104.22.168/24
Impact: Loss of redundancy to network ring and momentary packetloss due to 1/2 terminating devices being rebooted for a firmware update
No action is necessary by clients as we do not expect any disruption to service beyond momentary packetloss whilst traffic re-converges, this is merely an 'at risk' notification due to the lack of network resilience.
