We have received communication from our DR transit provider relating to a maintenance window requested by a hardware vendor, details are as follows:
Window Start: 00:01 GMT on 31/01/17
Window End: 07:00 GMT on 31/01/17
Duration: Up to 20 minutes during above window
Affected: Clients with services hosted out of 18.104.22.168/24
Impact: Loss of redundancy to network ring and momentary packetloss due to 1 of 2 paths being temporarily unavailable
No action is necessary by clients as we do not expect any disruption to service beyond momentary packetloss whilst traffic re-converges, this is merely an 'at risk' notification due to the lack of network resilience.
