We have now isolated the fault to be with the master in our Juniper virtual chassis but are not yet certain as to what the cause it - we are continuing to diagnose.

Update @ 16:36 on 16/10/18 by Jon

We have now been able to diagnose the issue as being a faulty packet forwarding engine (1/3) in one of the members (1/2) in our routing virtual chassis.

To restore normal service we have disabled the faulty packet forwarding engine and will arrange a window in due course for its replacement.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any disruption caused by this unusual issue!
