We are currently experiencing packetloss to our primary POP in Kent, engineers are looking into the matter and updates will be posted accordingly.

Update @ 18:06: The problem seems to be external to our network, our upstream is aware of the fault and is working on it at present.

Update @ 18:20: We've just had an update from our upstream, apparently the matter has been resolved although we are awaiting an official RFO, once we have this we will be in touch with clients via email.

After yet more weeks of hard work we are ready to re-launch the next (and hopefully final) stage our offsite storage solution hosted from within our new multi-gigabit POP in Manchester to the public for free beta testing.

We have built a unique structure from the ground up that allows any IT enthusiast or professional to backup their data either manually (via ftp/fxp/sftp/wget/ssh/scp) or create their own automatic jobs (via cron/rsync) easily and without the need for installing bloated applications.

Upon ordering our storage cluster will automatically generate and create you a secured user environment within seconds.  Your login details for the service will be emailed to you as well as displayed on the 'My Services' tab of your client portal along with a funky disk usage bar so you can keep a tab on your remaining disk space!
