Network issue affecting KSP POP - Resolved

We are aware of a network issue affecting our KSP POP.
Our upstream is aware of the issue and is currently investigating the matter.
Update @ 02:29 on 10/06/17 by JonWe're just recovering from a major upstream network issue.
We don't know the root of the cause as yet but have been in communication with our upstream whilst they have been onsite investigating for the past 2 and a half hours.
During this outage, our offsite status blog was also impacted (this will be investigated separately) so we resorted to our Facebook page to publish updates as per https://www.facebook.com/racksrv
Needless to say, we are extremely sorry for any impact this service disruption has caused you and we will endeavour to send a full RFO (reason for outage) once all the facts have been established.
Update @ 03:23 on 10/06/17 by JonWhilst network service returned to normal approximately an hour ago, we held off announcing the situation as 'all clear' pending confirmation from our upstream.
Having just received a further update from our upstream, we're pleased to confirm full ring redundancy has been restored with the root of the issue having been identified (in our upstreams network) and removed.
To conclude, we expect to be in a position to send out an RFO early next week.
