Loss of network at KSP - Resolved

We are currently investigating a loss of network at our primary POP in KSP.
Engineers are on site (as our office is on site) investigating the issue now and we will issue updates as more information becomes available.
Update @ 16:07 on 16/10/18 by JonWe are still working on this issue but there isn't an update just yet - please continue to bare with us.
Update @ 16:09 on 16/10/18 by JonWe have now isolated the fault to be with the master in our Juniper virtual chassis but are not yet certain as to what the cause it - we are continuing to diagnose.
Update @ 16:36 on 16/10/18 by JonWe have now been able to diagnose the issue as being a faulty packet forwarding engine (1/3) in one of the members (1/2) in our routing virtual chassis.
To restore normal service we have disabled the faulty packet forwarding engine and will arrange a window in due course for its replacement.
